FAQs

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do your employees receive training?

Absolutely! All of our detailers receive several months of training. Typically they train for around three+ months before they are able to wash unsupervised, and they are usually on our team for at least six to nine months before they work on the more difficult coaches. We believe in setting our employees and our customers up for success here at Red Rock.

  • What kind of chemicals do you use?

All of our chemicals are commercial products, so they aren’t any brands that you would most likely recognize or be able to buy in stores. They are, however, high quality products that we have hand picked to ensure that we are taking the best care of your RV possible. Our soap is a soft, low pH soap that will not strip wax and is safe to use on ceramic coatings. Our all purpose cleaner is also low pH to ensure it does not cause any burns. We use a high quality polymer based sealant wax that not only gives an amazing shine but gives the best longevity possible. We don’t skimp on our roof conditioner and use what is made by Dicor, which is Roof Guard. Our tire conditioner is a non petroleum based tire conditioner, so safe to use and it won't cause any cracking.

  • What kind of water do you use?

We use only deionized RO spot free water. We test our water regularly and it typically runs at about a 6-7 TDS.

  • Do you use a pressure washer?

We do. However, our pressure washers are created especially so that they are incredibly gentle and will not cause any damage. They are low pressure and have a fan tip. Our spray isn’t anything more than a strong rain. I even rinse my hands right out of the pressure washer gun. Our detailers are of course trained to never spray right into seals or too close to the finish.

  • Do you use buffers?

Absolutely not! When we wax we wax everything by hand that way there are no swirls left behind or damage to the decals. When we do fiberglass restoration we only use an orbital, never a buffer.

  • Can you clean the carpet in my RV?

We have discontinued carpet cleaning. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Do you make house calls?

Absolutely! As long as you are in our service area and your HOA allows it we are more than happy to come to your home and take care of your home on wheels.

  • Do you come to storage units?

As long as your storage unit is okay with us coming there we would be glad to. Please just make sure to clear it with management. We are more than happy to provide a COI if needed.

  • Can you meet me on a street or in a parking lot?

Unfortunately, no. Because everything is Vegas is private property and there is a high probability we will be asked to leave, we do not make appointments at places that we do not have express permission to be at.

  • Do you come to hotels?

Typically we do not come to hotels unless we have express permission from hotel security to go there.

  • Do you service the Speedway?

    We do not.

  • My whole RV is faded. Do you offer full restorations?

We do not buff out entire RVs. We do often do front/rear caps, but we do not offer full restorations currently. We do offer other services that work for you though, so feel free to text or email us photos of your RV and we’ll be happy to provide you with some options and pricing.

  • Are you insured?

Absolutely! We carry automotive insurance, business GL insurance and of course workman’s comp.

  • What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash or check as long as it’s on US funds. We also accept all major credit or debit cards for a 3% fee.

  • Do you do maintenance?

    We do not.

  • Do you clean interiors?

We do not offer any interior cleaning.
